Our Heart Beats Count message supports the American Heart Association’s #3forHeart CPR Challenge, inspired by Damar Hamlin’s mission to encourage more people to learn CPR and understand the importance of quick action during a cardiac emergency.

The American Heart Association’s #3forHeart CPR Challenge encourages people to take three simple steps: learn Hands-Only CPR, give to support CPR education and training, and challenge others to do the same. This campaign is a reminder that lifesaving action can begin with everyday people who are willing to learn and be prepared.
